Why Poland? Although the geographical center of Europe is located in Lithuania, Poland has the greatest potential for becoming true European information hub, another Silicon Valley, perfect place for developing new technologies as well as wide-ranging IT market. Communication infrastructure in Poland has been systematically improving, connecting Western and Eastern Europe; at the same time, Warsaw – Poland’s capital - has been offering a growing pool of educated workers including graphics designers, IT and marketing specialists. PENTAGRAM’s continuing economic expansion resulted in selecting Warsaw for its main European headquarter.
PENTAGRAM Europe – Logistics Hub near A2 freeway Warsaw Distribution Center (WDC) was the first modern, international-standard Warehouse/Business Park developed in Poland. Central location within Warsaw city limits (just 7 km from the center of Warsaw) near Warsaw's Okecie Airport and right next to A-2 freeway connecting Berlin with Moscow provides excellent transportation and logistics opportunities at the heart of Poland.
Range of operation:
PENTAGRAM Europe is responsible for distribution of PENTAGRAM products in all European Union member countries as well as in Russia, Ukraine and Egypt.
Goals:
PENTAGRAM Europe’s main objective is to promote the following activities in Europe: - development of distribution network - providing service and technical support for end-users and trade partners - marketing and PR
PENTAGRAM Europe will concentrate on understanding and satisfying the needs of European market and provide the highest quality of service to its European customers. European subsidiary of Pentagram will focus on transferring ideas and solutions between end-users and trade partners in Europe with Pentagram’s specialists and engineers in the Far East responsible for the development of the final products.
Milestones:

1999 - beginning of cooperation with Taiwanese manufacturers, introduction of PENTAGRAM faxmodems

2000 – introduction of PENTAGRAM graphics tablets

2002 – PENTAGRAM manufactures first network interface cards giving rise to Networking & Communication group

2004 – introduction of the Freezone line of professional PC cooling solutions

2004 – PENTAGRAM signs long-term sponsoring agreement with 2006 e-sport world champions – Team PENTAGRAM (currently PENTAGRAM G-Shock)

2005 – PENTAGRAM launched the Infinity line of chargers and rechargeable batteries

2006 April – introduction of mp3/mp4 players

2006 August – introduction of the Vitality line of batteries

2006 August – introduction of advanced PC Power supplies

2006 November – incorporation of PENTAGRAM’s European subsidiary in Poland
